Exmoor is primarily an upland area made up mainly of small villages and hamlets. The largest settlements are Porlock, Dulverton, Lynton, and Lynmouth, Simonsbath and Wheddon Cross.

Morebath

Easter at the Church of St. George in the village of Morebath, close to the border of Mid Devon and West Somerset.

Morebath is a small village about two miles north of Bampton in Mid Devon. Despite its small size Morebath had two railway stations until both were closed in 1966.
