Detail on the Wiveliscombe Model Railway. The bridge in the photo above was located close to where the roundabout is now in Wiveliscombe and if one looks closely part of the structure is still visible, as is the station itself, although, less accessible.

The Wiveliscombe Model Railway, is a 00 gauge model railway modelled on Wiveliscombe railway station, a station on what was until 1966 a stop on the Taunton to Barnstaple (Devon and Somerset) branch line. Although not on permanent display, the layout is put together and makes occasional appearances at events like the Wiveliscombe Horticultural Show.
